ABOUT US

The owner of MacGyver Handyman Services, John, has a very long history of using his hands to fix just about anything, and create beautiful pieces of woodwork. John's family was of little means as he was growing up. And they had no choice but to fix things themselves. He was told by his father at age eight to fix his mother's leaky bathroom faucet. His father checked it after he did the work.


In high school, John took training and became a machinist. And he worked as a machinist for decades.


Just like the resourceful TV character, MacGyver, John possesses the skills, expertise, and innovative mindset to tackle a wide range of home repair and improvement projects.
